Project Overview

A custom ERP for a fabric trader: stock by design and colour, delivery challans with PDF and WhatsApp sharing, and a live sales dashboard. Built by MEPROTECH.

This textile trader sells fabric by design and colour, and needed one place to run stock, sales and dispatch instead of registers and spreadsheets. MEPROTECH designed and built a web ERP that the owner and counter staff use all day, on a desktop at the shop or on a phone on the move.

Every design is stocked by colour, with SKUs generated automatically, live piece counts and low-stock alerts. Fabric received from mills and dye houses is logged as inward stock and added to inventory. A delivery challan checks live stock, deducts it on save, creates a PDF with a QR code and shares it with the customer on WhatsApp in one tap.

The dashboard shows today's and this month's sales, a sales chart and the designs that need restocking. Staff logins have their own roles, every action is written to an activity log, and a cancelled challan returns its stock automatically, so the books always match the shelves. The app has since grown to cover parties, payments, banking and GST reports.
